maximum grant from the Foundation is $500. Teacher stipends, conference
attendance, field trips, or college coursework is not allowed. Describe how the Funds will be spent, if
the application is approved. Please
list your estimated costs and the total amount you are requesting. Also indicate if funds from other sources
