The
workshop was called to order by Board President Elaine Porter at 9:00 a.m.
The
purpose of the meeting was to get the new relationship with the new
superintendent off to a good start; to review/establish ground rules for the
board/superintendent relationship; review research on peak performing
governance tams; and discussion on specific areas of importance.
Discussion
also centered on specific expectations of the Board and Superintendent.
