Above is the EmployeeWeb login screen. Your id is your social security number. Your PIN number is a password that you have requested from Debbie McPherson. If you do not know your password or would like one set up, please email dmcphers@admin.linden.k12.mi.us.

Above is the EmployeeWeb welcome screen. While in EmployeeWeb you can view real time payroll information on yourself only. Here is a brief overview of the Menu choices.

• Basics- This screen shows your address, phone #, birth date, martial status, ethnicity, gender, and job code.
• Certificates/Degrees- This is not in use at this time.
• Accurals/Attendances- This screen shows you your vacation, personal, and sick days if provided by the district. It will also show you which days you have used and how many are left.
• Contracts/Positions- This screen shows you your pay rates and amounts paid biweekly.
• Deductions-This screen shows what you are having withheld from your paycheck.
• W4/Taxes-This screen shows you the number of exemptions you are withholding for taxes.
• Payroll History- This screen shows you a summary of your current paycheck.
• W2- This screen provides you information on all of your past W2’s.
• Change your PIN- This screen allows you to change your password.
• Login History- This screen will show you when and how many times you have logged into EmployeeWeb.
• Logout- Always logout of the system.
