Permanent Record

The above login
screen is for Permanent Record. Logins
and passwords are provided to teachers and other staff members by Debbie
McPherson. If you need access to Permanent
Record, please email dmcphers@admin.linden.k12.mi.us

Once logged into
Permanent Record you will get the above screen.
Based on your security you may not have some of the listed menu choices.
To access the menu’s you must first find
the student you want to access. You can
put some or their entire name in the Name field and then click search. Then click on the student you wish to
access. Here is what each menu choice
provides.
- Home Info- Provides the student’s home
address, age, birth date, grade, id #, and grad year.
- Contacts- Provides a list of all of
the student’s emergency contacts with phone numbers.
- Schedule- This area is for middle
school and high school students. This
area provides you with a list of the student’s schedule.
- Attendance- Provides you a list of all
of the student’s attendance and what kind of absence it was.
- Behavior- Is only available for
administrators.
- Homework- We are not currently using.
- Progress- This area will provide the
student’s progress report card.
- Report Card- Provides a copy of the
student’s posted report card.
- Transcript- Provides a copy of the
student’s transcript.
- Academic Ctr. - We are not currently
using.
- History- Provides you your login
history.
- Password- Allows you to change your
password.
- Logout- Remember to always logout of
the system.
