Technology Repair Procedures

  • Computer work orders in the elementary schools need to be forwarded to your technology aides.  They need to have the first opportunity to fix your technology repairs.  If they are unable to repair your request they will forward the request to Debbie McPherson, via Schooldude.com.
  • At secondary buildings please go to Web Based Programs on your desktop and choose SchoolDude to enter your IT Requests.

Repairs that follow the above procedure will be addressed first.  Technicians are not to be stopped in the hall or classroom for a quick repair.  They have been instructed to work off of the district's master list.  Any questions on the above repair procedure can be addressed to Debbie McPherson.
