LMS Spring Sports Begin March 19

All spring sports at LMS begin the week of March 19th. Students must have a physical on file to tryout for a spring sport. Practice schedules can be found on the LMS calendar. Please call the office with any questions.

LMS Math Curriculum Update Presentation: Click Here

Over the course of the school year, our math team has been working on implementing new resources. As many of you know, Digits was the math program at LMS for the past 5 plus years. Last spring, Digits made it public that they would be discontinuing their program. Therefore, our team had to adopt a new program in a short amount of time. With this in mind, there has been a learning curve with the new math resource for students, parents and staff.

Our math team created the following presentation to help answer some of the common questions the team receives pertaining to our math curriculum/resource. Some of the questions we field include: Why do we no longer use Digits? Why did we choose GoMath? What supports are available to help my child with GoMath? What role does Moby play? These are just a few common questions this presentation will address. Take a few minutes, check it out and feel free to contact your students math teacher if you have any questions.
