Lauren Buerkel Special Education Paraprofessional Lauren Buerkel is a graduate of Linden Community Schools with a long line of family who also attended Linden. She enjoys painting and keeping active. We asked, “Why did you decide to work with students?” She said, “I have always loved working with kids and watching them grow. My goal is to become a teacher.” She also said she chose LCS to work in because she grew up in the community and has always loved Linden! #LINDENEAGLEPRIDE

Paige Weber School Nurse L I N D E N C O M M U N ITY S C H O O L S L I N D E N C O M M U N ITY S C H O O L S Paige Weber earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She and her husband Nathan have been married for seven years and they have four kids together. She enjoys traveling and doing anything outdoors. Mackinac Island is her favorite place to visit! She chose Linden because she said it is a close tight-knit community. She also looks forward to bringing her experience and knowledge to a new area in nursing by working with our students. Summer Zielke Cook Aide Linden Middle School L I N D E N C O M M U N I T Y S C H O O L S Summer Zielke and her family are new to Linden, but she says she can tell it’s a great place to be a part of. She loves animals, enjoys outdoor activities and her favorite season is fall. She also loves spending time with her family, baking, bike riding, and dance parties. We asked why she decided to work with students and she said, “First, my daughters are students here and second, I know I can help make a difference, even if it’s just with a smile and a kind word.” #LINDENEAGLETEAM

Hereplied, "I love the hometown feel and I will alsobe moving to the area in the future. He ismarried and has a daughter and a son. He lovesthe outdoors and hunting. We also asked, "Why did you decide to work in aschool?" He said, "Early on in college I worked ina tutoring lab and somehow it just clicked. I really enjoy working with students and sharing in all their success!

Jaeda Bieber Special Education Paraprofessional Jaeda Bieber said she chose to work in Linden because she heard how wonderful & welcoming it is, and that we have an excellent work environment! She loves to go camping with her family and her favorite place to camp is Benzonia, Michigan. She enjoys arts and crafts and spending time with her friends. She said she has always loved teaching and helping others. Working with daycares and schools will further her dream of becoming a teacher. Welcome Jaeda Bieber! #LINDENEAGLETEAM

Peter Gleason Athletic Director & LHS Assistant Principal Pete Gleason attended Aquinas College & CMU where he earned a master's degree in Educational Administration. He has been married for 30 years and has three wonderful children. His interests are sports, hunting & fishing, reading, and spending time with his family.
