Just a reminder, we have Strength and Conditioning for middle school students starting today. It is at Linden High School, 2-3 PM or 3-4 PM, Mondays and Wednesday, $65.
We also have a Middle School Girls Speed and Agility training beginning this Thursday and running through August 3, 1 - 2 PM at the multipurpose building, $50. Both are great ways to stay in shape for any student, whether you are an athlete or not.

This was not an easy decision, but since the event involves young children and other potentially at risk participants, we feel it is the best one.
