Linden Community Education has a 6 week Adult Slow Flow Yoga Class beginning Thursday, January 12 at Hyatt Elementary from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. The cost for this class is $65. If you would like to slip your way into the new year with a low impact exercise opportunity, this would be the class for you! Insturctor, Kristen Wesley, will help you ease into the art of yoga.
