Cook's Farm Dairy was so much fun for Eagle Club today. We got to pet calves, feed cows, and meet the pigs. We also learned about their completely automated milking system, taste some fresh chocolate milk, and best of all enjoyed some yummy ice cream!
Today Eagle Club beat the heat by tracing shadows, painting with ice cubes, splashing around and painting Mrs. Bradley and Gus!
Tomorrow we are traveling to a dairy farm where we get to try their home made ice cream!

Our first field trip is tomorrow (Wednesday 6/5) to Kensington Metro Park Splash Pad. All students must have the completed field trip packet turned in to attend (you may fill it out in the morning if you haven't attended yet). This is a rain/shine field trip; unless it is thundering and/or lightning we will be going. All students must bring a sack lunch, a bag with bathing suit (bikinis must be covered with a shirt), towel and (optional) water shoes.
